Consultant Pharmacist Services

Many of those who have received a diagnosis for any mental health disorders are keen to, or need to, take medication to manage their symptoms. Taking any medication can often be a daunting proposition, and it is only natural to want to understand exactly what the medication entails, how it affects you, and any side-effects that might occur.

Similarly, many medications (both psychiatric and physical) have possible drug interaction effects, which you may wish to learn more about, and can also have different effects during different life stages (like during pregnancy, for example).

Our Consultant Pharmacist has expertise in all of the above areas and is well-versed in talking to patients about different options, effects, side-effects and considerations around medication.
